Introduction
By using, participating in, sending or receiving links from or to, or engaging in a demo experience tied to (collectively referred herein as “use”) the Workstream Referral Program (the “Referral Program”), you understand, acknowledge, and agree to these Referral Program Terms and Conditions (these “Referral Program Terms”), which serve as an addendum to those certain Workstream Terms of Service available at https://www.workstream.us/terms (the “Terms”). Any capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Terms. You understand, acknowledge, and agree that the Referral Program is considered an Interactive Feature, and as such, except as contemplated herein, you may not use any portion of the Referral Program that would violate the Terms.
Workstream offers this Referral Program on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis with no guarantees or warranties, express or implied.
Participation
Referrer: In order to qualify for the Referrer Bonus, you must be an active Workstream customer in good standing (a “Referrer”) who refers others who do not currently have a Workstream Plan (“New Users”) by sending them the unique personal referral link which Workstream will provide you via the Site or otherwise (“Unique Link”). You can send this Unique Link via email, SMS, Facebook, Twitter, or otherwise. You may be provided with online tools to help in distributing your Unique Link, and you understand you use those tools at your own risk. For every one (1) New Users that (a) receives and clicks on your Unique Link and (b) takes a demo with a Workstream representative and (c) purchases a paid Workstream Subscription through Workstream’s Site through the use of that Unique Link, Workstream will provide you a payment (the “Referrer Bonus”). The standard Referrer Bonus is $300 per unique subscription, however, this amount is subject to change without notice.
New User: Subject to the Terms, if you (as a New User) are provided a Unique Link by a Workstream Referrer, you may be eligible for a one-time payment (“New User Bonus”), provided you purchase a Workstream Subscription using the Unique Link through Workstream’s online Site. The details and amount of the bonus will be set forth on the Referral Program landing pages and is subject to change without notice.
Limitations
Payments will be made through Tango Card Inc. Both Referrers and New Users are subject to Tango Card’s terms and conditions and you understand you use Tango Card at your own risk. Workstream is not affiliated with Tango Card in any way.
Referrers and New Users are only eligible for a Referrer Bonus or New User Bonus respectively if a New User purchases a new Paid Workstream Subscription with a purchase price in excess of $1000.
Neither the Referrer Bonus nor the New User Bonus may be combined with any other promotion or discount.
Please don’t send any “spam” or illegal emails; or create bulk communications (e.g. mass text blasts; automated postings on Internet forums/ instant messages/phone calls); or endorse us without disclosing this promotion; or otherwise break the law when you are sending your Unique Links.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Referral Program, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof), and with or without prior notice. Workstream will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Referral Program.
We reserve the right to cancel, revoke, or otherwise prevent the issuance of the Referral Bonus or the New User Bonus without notice in any suspected case of fraudulent use or misuse of this Referral Program.
